Dragon Ball’s resident tech heiress, Bulma, has started her very own blog over at the Japanese blogging site, Ameba, and she seems to be counting down to something.
Bulma is best known as the rich and spunky blue-haired girl helping out Son Goku in the early episodes of Dragon ball before becoming the wife of Vegeta and the mother of Trunks. Her new Ameba blog is actualy counting down to the premiere of the new Dragon ball movie, Fukkatsu no F, which follows the return of one of the series’ most well known villains, Frieza.
The blog started 59 days before Fukkatsu no F’s premiere on 18 April 2015 and its first post involved Bulma with the number 59 and a pun of Goku’s name (59 was read as 5-9, or Go – Ku in Japanese).
For the next two months, the blog will be featuring a new image and will count down to how many days until the movie will premiere. 58 featured Goku while 57 featured Frieza. Currently, we are at 56, and at featured the mascots of both Goku and Frieza fighting it out backstage. I wonder when Vegeta will be featured? I bet he’s gonna go all tsundere in the image.
Dragon Ball manga creator Akira Toriyama himself wrote the concept for the upcoming movie, which is set after the events of the previous movie, Battle of Gods. The movie follows the Z Fighters once again as they battle a resurrected Frieza, who came back thanks to his two surviving minions being able to gather the Dragon balls. The “F” in the movie’s title means Frieza.
