With Gundam Build Fighters Try now officially over, fans of the series are definitely saddened. However, according to an announcement made via their official Gundam Build Fighters twitter page, the series will be getting an OVA!

According to the tweet, it’s not just Gundam Build Fighters Try that will be getting an OVA, but the original Gundam Build Fighters series as well. The tweet also announced that Kenji Nagasaki (Gundam Build Fighters director, Gundam 00 storyboard) will be directing the Gundam Build Fighters OVA, while Shinya Watada (Gundam Build Fighters Try director, Chaika the Coffin Princess episode director) will helm the Gundam Build Fighters Try OVA.
