Pit your wits against teenage terrorist-duo Sphinx from this season’s hottest thriller 「Terror in Resonance」!
The newest addition to this season’s Noitamina work, Terror in Resonance, has organised a campaign in collaboration with Japan MENSA. The campaign, named 「Terror in Resonance x Japan MENSA: Challenge from Sphinx」features seiyuu of the leading characters, Kaito Ishikawa (Nine) and Saitou Souma (Twelve), proposing and challenging weekly quiz questions created by Japan MENSA, in a short video.
Fans of the series are invited to participate by solving the quiz and submitting their answers online to stand a chance to win exclusive prizes. This campaign will feature weekly quiz questions, and fans have a one week deadline to submit their answers. Catch the first of these quiz videos below:
Find out more about how to take part by checking out their campaign website here.
Submission of answers will require a Twitter account. The deadline of this week’s quiz is 17th July (Thu) at 2505 hours, so hurry! Unfortunately, the quiz questions are presented in Japanese only, so fans interested in solving them would require some proficiency (or spectacular luck).
The grand prize this week would be a key visual illustration signed by Director Shinichiro Watanabe himself. All participants who get the correct answer will also get a small prize, and the hardworking fans who participate in all quizzes will receive an illustration by character designer Kazuto Nakazawa.

Looks familiar?
If you can’t answer the questions, don’t be discouraged. You can still enjoy the weekly videos featuring Ishikawa and Saitou and their dorky antics! For those who have caught the trailer or first episode, you may find the style of the video familiar, since it features the seiyuu as their respective characters of fictional terrorist duo Sphinx as depicted in the anime. So just sit back and enjoy their antics, or laugh at them when they get the question wrong!
