Vol. 51 of Dengeki Bunko magazine has revealed new details on the upcoming OVA for Gakuto Mikumo’s popular vampire light novel series, Strike the Blood. This new OVA series will be based on the light novel series’ 9th volume, which is set on a resort named “Blue Elysium”.
According to the issue, the OVAs will be split into four parts, with the first one being released via both Blu-ray and DVD on 23rd November, and will contain creditless opening and ending sequence, as well as a booklet containing annotations, an original story by Mikumo, and a manga, along with the OVA itself.
The second volume of the OVA series is slated for release on 21st December, while the third OVA volume will be released on 29th March. The fourth and final part of the OVA series will be released on 26 April 2017.
