It’s returning! The Fairy Tail anime is set to return with another season, with pretty much a fresh start for most things! And it is set to return in April 2014!
The director himself, Shinji Ishihira, mentioned that there will be a change in staff for the restart of the anime, and that they are working to increase the quality of the show as a whole. Wondering who got replaced? Well the character designer and the studio doing the animation have changed this time.
Taking over from Aoi Yamamoto as the character designer would be Shinji Takeuchi, and Bridge is replacing Satelight as one of the studios animating the series. Below are the list of cast and staff we know so far:

Hiro Mashima, creator of the series, had earlier told fans to await some news after the first season of the anime ended. Mashima added on Twitter at the time,
“It’s actually not over yet. I can’t say more than this, but I hope you watch the rerun starting in April and wait for the day I can announce some good news. […] Anime is not the end. Don’t stop believing.”
Now I don’t know how many of you will be stoked about this, I mean what with the “To Be Continued” title card conclusion at the last episode. And to be quite honest, I was mostly quite satisfied with the series as a whole, since it always kept the action coming and coming (baring a few parts, which could get kind of dreary), and am happy to hear that the next season is well on track as promised.
